The Client
One of the UK’s largest estate and letting agent companies. Owning over 50 estate agent brands in the UK with a total of over 1,500 branches provides a multitude of SEO and content considerations. The objective was to help define and implement a large scale multi-site SEO strategy.
The Strategy
To increase the number of leads going to targeted branches. This would be a case of having to carry out an SEO strategy which would only be quantified through leads these branches got and focus on building profiles on a micro-local level, but across a national scale.
The Results
In this case, results were measured in the purest possible form; the number of sales leads to each branch. Needless to say, online sales leads are up across the board.
